Our house is a spacious 150 sq.m. 3 storey luxury townhouse in Tuscania, Cebu City. You’ll love our place because it is designed and built with your comfort in mind. We put so much attention to details.
The property is very accessible to jeepneys and taxi cabs and Grab cars. The Cebu Provincial Capitol building is just 2km or 7 mins way. Fuente Osmena is just 3km or 10 mins away.
The space
Tuscania is a secured residential townhouse and condominium community inspired by Tuscany – a beautiful region in Italy where everything about it evokes a feeling of peace and goodness – it is itself a work of art. It is situated about 200 meters from Guadalupe Church and is known to be one of Cebu City’s favorite residential areas. Tuscania’s wrought iron gates, its garden, fountain and benches are unmistakable reminiscent of a truly Italian setting. From its landscaping to its architecture and amenities all these things evoke the allure of a Mediterranean scenery.
Our house is a gallery of 70 original oil and acrylic paintings by Cebuano artists Raul Agas and Antonio Ylanan and by Paete, Laguna artist Obet Acyatan.
The house is fully furnished and fully air conditioned. The bedrooms are air conditioned and fitted with hotel quality beds, duvet, bed linens, and soft pillows. The entire living, dining, and kitchen area is also air conditioned.
There is a brand new 15 seater Nissan Urvan Premium to serve airport transfers, city tours, and out of town adventures exclusively for our guests at affordable rates. Guests only pay for the van which comes with driver and fuel. We can prepare an itinerary for free.
